    Your tracking details shall be available on My Bookings, under My Account page, here you can view your order and tracking details. You may use the tracking detail provided and track the items via India Post website i.e "www.indiapost.gov.in"

    You can update all the details except for the registered email address from My Account.

    Yes, we charge only one time Shipping. For detail explanation go to the POLICY page and read shipping policy.

    In general for most of the items where Gum is in very good condition, back scan is not required. Also Back scan will be provided only if there is a problem in the gum side. For general condition of stamps in detail go to the POLICY page and read Condition.

    We ship the items within 1-3 working days. Generally India Post (Speed Post) delivers within 2-3 days of shipment but it may take longer up to a week in certain cases. For international shipping, it may take up to 15 days.

    We do not indemnify the buyers directly since we outsource the shipping. Please read the policy regarding Insurance and Theft in our POLICY page.

    In our 25000+ transactions, we have never encountered problem with damage in transit. In few cases the parcel’s outer cover was damaged but the stamps were well protected. We are confident about our packaging so rest assured.

    Yes we ship to all locations globally. Paypal / direct transfer in bank account are the only 2 options for international buyers.
